- 1. All of our services are all inclusive meaning that when you book a dog walk, pet sit, overnight stay or park visit you are guaranteed:
- Pets food and water replenished
- Lights/drapes alternated
- Plants watered
- Garbage disposal
- Mail collection
- 2. We offer clients daily updates in regards to their furry friends via email or text message via our scheduling system — Time To Pet.
- 3. Clients are provided with an easy online scheduling system, Time To Pet (DOWNLOAD THE APP — TimeToPet)
Our system allows clients to schedule, change and/or delete appointments whenever they want from the comfort of their homes. You can also view invoices and update your pet(s) information as well as your own personal information. - 4. Scheduled visits may be modified during Natural Disasters and/or Inclement Weather.
- 5. A Holiday surcharge will be applied during select days. These days include but are not limited to: New Years Eve, New Years Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
- 6. During Holiday periods, a 50% deposit will be required to reserve your scheduled request 2 weeks prior.
- 7. Prices are subject to change depending on pet’s disposition, age and/or reproductive status.
