Yes we do! For every referral you make you will receive a $20 credit to your account once your referred party books and completes a service with us.

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for unused visits or early returns. However we do reserve the right to credit your account in certain situations.

We welcome last minute services and charge a $20 flat rate but please keep in mind that not all services may be executed but we will try our best to accommodate your needs.

Here at TLS we truly believe in Positive Reinforcement and thus shy away from traditional disciplining techniques. We will never physically abuse your pet while walking regardless of how misbehaved he/she is. All disciplinary action will be relayed to the client.

We do not accept aggressive dogs BUT we will make an exception depending on your specific case. We will conduct a Meet & Greet and get to know your dog and determine their temperament, take them on a test walk and then decide if we will be a good fit.

We provide clients the option of receiving updates of their pets via text message, email, or paper statements.

We require that all dogs wear a collar with an ID tag, have a rabies tag, be up to date on vaccines and/or provide a recent medical history.
